The Legislative Committee actively engages university staff in the legislative process and university priorities through education, awareness and advocacy.
Goals 2022-23
Our committee goals for the year:
- Provide awareness around voting, how to communicate with legislators, and policy matters that impact University staff
- Support the efforts of the Office of Government Relations and Bill Watch during the Legislative Session
- Gather insights from University staff on any legislative priorities
